Ini adalah sebuah desain salah satu hotel yang rencananya akan di bangun di bali. Pemilik dari bangunan tersebut adalah seorang artist ibukota yang sudah tidak asing lagi di telinga kita. beliaupun berasal dari bali. Hotel ini di desain dengan banyak fasilitas pemanjaan pada tamu yag ingin bermalam. di hotel ini di sediakan ruang bioskop yang cukup lumayan besar walau tak sebesar bioskop di mall-mal pada umumnya. Juga Terdapat kolam renang untuk berolah raga air bagi para pengunjungnya.

Desain ruang kantor departement kesehatan

Desain ruangan ini di minta oleh tuan Dery yang rencananya untuk sebuah kantor. beliau meminta kami dalam pembuatan layout dan desain dari pada ruangan tersebut. Bangunan kantor ini mempunyai ukuran 4.5 meter x 22 meter. Bangunan kantor tersebut memiliki 4 lantai yang di berikan sebuah bangunan kecil yang berfungsi sebagai taman sebagai pengijauan di lantai atas. Hampir setiap lantai memiliki ruang rapat tersendiri untuk setiap bagian staff. Kami mendesain daripada ruangan tersebut dengan banyak memakai unsur kaca agar dapat lebih terlihat luas dan dapat memantau situasi dari dalamnya. Bangunan ini berada di wilayah sunter. menurut penuturan tuan Dery.
